Ich war kürzlich bei Prime Rose Lashes in Dübendorf für Half Lashes. Das Resultat gefällt mir gut und ich bin mit der Arbeit grundsätzlich zufrieden. Was mich jedoch etwas enttäuscht hat, war der Preis am Schluss. Der Termin war online mit 80 Fr. ausgeschrieben, bezahlt habe ich dann 90 Fr., da die Behandlung mit UV-Licht gemacht wurde. Diese Zusatzkosten wurden weder vor noch während des Termins kommuniziert. Ich hätte es fairer gefunden, wenn man mich im Voraus darüber informiert hätte, damit ich mich bewusst dafür entscheiden kann. Ansonsten war es angenehm – ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft die Preisgestaltung transparenter kommuniziert wird.

Liebe Kanuja Kanna vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es freut uns, dass Ihnen das Ergebnis gefallen hat. Sie haben recht – Zusatzaufwände und mögliche Zusatzkosten sollten immer im Voraus kommuniziert werden. Dafür entschuldigen wir uns. Zur Erklärung: Jede Kundin hat unterschiedliche Naturwimpern. Bei vielen Kundinnen ist unser Primrose Standard-Leim völlig ausreichend und sorgt für eine sehr gute Haltbarkeit. In einzelnen Fällen erkennt die Lashstylistin während der Behandlung, dass eine zusätzliche Technik sinnvoll ist, um das Ergebnis und die Haltbarkeit weiter zu optimieren. In Ihrem Fall wurde daher ergänzend das UV-System eingesetzt – gut gemeint und basierend auf unserer Erfahrung. Ihr Feedback nehmen wir ernst. Künftig ist diese Technik im Preis inbegriffen. Das Auffüllen nach 3 Wochen war als hätte ich die Wimpern erst vor einer Woche gemacht - praktisch alles noch dran. So eine gute Leim-Qualität und natürlich eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit von Selina. Besten Dank nochmal ♥️
